The company was founded in 1921.

Currently, the main activity of the enterprise is winemaking. The area of ​​vineyards is 326 hectares. Varietal composition of plantings is represented by varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon , White Muscat, Pinot gray , Saperavi , Tokai varieties.

At the Gurzuf state enterprise, tobacco of the Dubek South Coast variety (planting area of ​​45 ha) and vegetables are grown. The company has a tasting room [2] [3] .

Wines

The company mainly specializes in the production of dessert wines . On the territory of the plantings of the enterprise in the village of Krasnokamenka , near the rock of Krasny Kamen , grapes of the White Muscat variety are grown, from which the White Muscat White Red Stone wine is produced [4] . The wine received high awards at international competitions (Super Grand Prix Cup, 3 Grand Prix Cups, 22 gold and silver medals).

In 1948-1949, Skurikhin Igor Mikhailovich passed a practice at the enterprise, who later became a doctor of technical sciences and co-author of the books “Chemistry of Winemaking” (Professor Nilov V.I.) and “Chemistry of Wine” (Professor Z. Kishkovsky) [2] .
