The genus Pseudonovibos is not a definitively reliable taxon . It is known only for a small number of horns , which are considered by many zoologists as fakes.
Sometimes, Tibetan antelope and roe deer are also considered to be true antelopes . The saiga is sometimes attributed to goats and rams .
Previously, the tribe of dwarf antelopes Neotragini , including the genera Neotragus , Madoqua , Oreotragus , Dorcatragus , Raphicerus, and Ourebia , which is part of the subfamily of real antelopes, [5] was considered as an independent subfamily (Neotraginae Sclater et Thomas, 1894). [3]
