The presidential elections in South Ossetia on March 25 and April 8, 2012 were held in 84 precincts. The list of voters included 34 360 people [1] . The turnout in the first round exceeded 70%, in the second round went L. Tibilov (42.48% of the vote) and D. Sanakoev (24.58%) [2] . In the second round, L. Tibilov won [3] .
