Biography
Born on December 7, 1987 in Yerevan in the family of a teacher of Armenian language and literature. From childhood, she dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, although the paths to this were not very easy, and one day when one of her relatives heard her singing, she immediately advised her to go to vocal lessons. After that, Lilit began to go to the Yerevan School of Music No. 8 named after Stepan Jrbashyan, a piano class. But in 2002, she left the music school. In 2005, she graduated from college at the Yerevan State Musical Chamber Theater in the vocal class. Then she continued her studies at the Komitas Yerevan State Conservatory at the faculty of jazz vocals, which she graduated in 2011.
2007 - finalist of the HaySuperstar project.
2008 - winner of the Yntsa Grand Prix.
2008 - Laureate of the Armenian National Music Award in the category "Sensation of the Year".
2009 - the song “Nran” (written by Lilit Hovhannisyan) is recognized as the “Most downloaded song”.
2009 - Laureate of the Armenian National Music Award in the nomination “The Best Music Performer of the Year”.
2009 - Laureate of the Armenian National Music Award in the nomination “The Best Soundtrack of the Year”.
2010 - winner of the “Most Enviable Armenians” award.
