Construction

Laid on November 17, 1913 at the shipyard “Ganz & Co Danubius” (Porto-Re) under berth number 52. Launched on November 7, 1914, on July 21, 1915, was accepted into the Austro-Hungarian Navy. May 21, 1917 renamed TB 83.

Service

In January 1920, it was transferred to Romania as reparations and incorporated into the Romanian fleet under the name Smeul.

In the years 1926-1927, modernized.

During the Second World War, he participated in hostilities against the USSR. August 29, 1944 captured by Soviet troops in Constance .

On September 5, 1944, the naval flag of the USSR was raised on the destroyer, and on September 14 it was enlisted in the Black Sea Fleet as a patrol ship . October 20 renamed the "Toros".

October 12, 1945 returned to Romania. November 6, 1945 officially expelled from the Soviet Navy.

In 1946, after modernization, it was incorporated into the Romanian Navy under the former name Smeul. Since 1954, he had the designation E-1.

Excluded from the fleet in 1958 (1959) year. In 1960, dismantled for metal.
