The Laboratory for Market Theory and Spatial Economics The HSE is an international research laboratory led by Belgian scientist Jacques-Francois Tiss at the Higher School of Economics National Research University . The laboratory was created following the results of a competition for attracting world-renowned scientists, announced by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation . Founded October 21, 2011 .
