Delphic TV is an Internet TV service in the video on demand paradigm launched on September 17, 2010 [2] [3] . The project is being developed under the patronage of the International Delphic Committee and with the assistance of the National Delphic Council of Russia [4] . Delphic TV is dedicated to the events of culture and art [5] , the Youth Delphic Games of Russia , as well as the cultural life of the regions.

Content
Concept
The resource aims to popularize cultural events, promote and spread human values through art, preserve the world cultural heritage [6] [7] [8] . The objectives of the channel are closely related to the tasks and concepts of the modern Delphic games .
Delphic TV cooperates with the VGTRK media holding [9] , the Vesti.ru portal [10] [11] , as well as with the television channels of the subjects of the federation . [12] One of the main ideas of the channel is to merge with regional media, the purpose of which is to enable their content, usually not reaching residents of other regions (especially metropolitan), to be widely distributed.
Technical details
The work is based on aggregation of content and its broadcast via the Internet [11] .
Delfik TV includes several main channels:
- Culture News is a channel created in partnership with the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company . The content includes news of culture, art, reports, covering events and events of cultural life, special materials about the Delphic Games.
- “Culture of Russia” - this channel presents materials on important events, events and events in the sphere of Russian art. The channel was created in partnership with representatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the Vesti.ru portal.
- “Delphic Games” - on the basis of this channel, a platform has been created, which contains films, videos and videos about the Delphic Games. During events, live broadcasts from them are held [13] .
- "Culture News. Regions ”- created in partnership with the portal“ Vesti.ru ”. It includes reports covering the most important events in the cultural life of all regions of Russia.
The service is integrated with Twitter , Facebook , VKontakte and other social networks [4] .
Webcasts
Within the framework of Internet television Delphic TV, an online broadcast was organized with 29 nominations of the Thirteenth Youth Delphic Games of Russia and the First Open Youth European Delphic Games , as well as the opening and closing ceremonies of the Cultural Project [14] .
