The Department of Defense of the Russian Federation on the monitoring of the implementation of treaties (National Center for the Reduction of Nuclear Hazard, NCLNA) is the central office within the Ministry of Defense of Russia . He is engaged in the organization of the implementation of international treaties and agreements on the limitation of armed forces and armaments, the strengthening of confidence-building measures in the military field and the organization of control over their implementation by other States parties to international treaties and agreements.
Management performs three types of activities:
- notification;
- inspection;
- operational, organizational planning and analytical.
The functional tasks of the NCUAO include general management and organization of the implementation of contracts and agreements; planning activities in the Armed Forces to implement international treaties and agreements; coordination of the activities of federal executive bodies on compliance with international obligations; organization of the leadership of Russian inspection teams and support of foreign inspection teams; accounting of the state of foreign and Russian objects of control and armaments [1] .
The organization and carrying of round-the-clock duty at the NNSLN control point in Moscow is carried out.

- Agreement on Notifications on Launches of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles and Submarine Ballistic Missiles
