Biography
In 1851 he entered the Dresden Academy of Arts, from 1853 he worked in the workshop of Genel. After graduating from the Academy, he lived in Rome for two years, returned to his homeland and settled in Dresden.
In 1862 he opened his workshop in Dresden , in which he performed a number of excellent sculptural works.
