Legal Status

It is prohibited for circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation by a resolution of October 6, 2011 as a derivative of 2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine [2] .

In the United States, it is not included in the list of narcotic drugs and its circulation is not controlled, but for storage and sale of a substance it can potentially be prosecuted in accordance with the Federal Act on Analogs Due to the structural similarity of 2C-C with 2C-B .
