Kamennalaўskі Village Council ; until 2013, the Kamennolavsky Village Council [2] ) is an administrative unit in the territory of the Shklovsky District of the Mogilev Region of Belarus . The administrative center is the village of Stone Lavas . The population of the village council is 1606 people (2009) [3] .
