About the album
The disc was recorded in American studios - Mana Recording Studio , St. Petersburg , Florida and Sonic Ranch , Tornillo, Texas . The album was produced by Eric Rutan. The cover of the disc was designed by Vincent Lock; he also worked on the previous albums of the group [1] .
The album Torture took the thirty-seventh line in the Swedish chart [2] .
According to Marcus Jervis, a columnist for About.com , “ One thing is for sure, everyone, both loyal fans of the group and ill-wishers have a formed opinion about the group - it will not change one iota. The new Cannibal Corpse album has everything that should be there - the rest is up to you [3] . ”
