Couple Leander Paez / Radek Stepanek - winner of the competition. In the finals they beat, at that time, the current champions and the first sowing numbers were the Bryans brothers.

General Information

On the 17th attempt to win the Australian Open , Paez designed the so-called. "Career Grand Slam" in the men's doubles (in 1999, for the first time, Roland Garros and Wimbledon obeyed him, and in 2006 - the US Open .
