The village is located at a distance of about 500 m from the motorway P104 on the Uglich - Rybinsk section , between the villages of Isanino and Durdino . The village is located on the edge of an uninhabited forest, which stretches for about 5 km to the east up to the populated area in the valley of the river Cheremukha . On the western outskirts of the village flows Korovka , which also crosses the specified road.
The village of Mikhalev is listed on the 1792 plan of the General Survey of Rybinsk County .
As of January 1, 2007, 31 people lived in the village [2] . According to postal data, there are 8 houses in the village [3] .
The transport connection through the Mikhalevo stop on the road, from there a bus connects the village with Rybinsk, Myshkin and Uglich. The administration of the rural settlement in the village and the center of the general practitioner is located in the village of Iskra October , the post office in the village of Pokrov (both on the way to Rybinsk).
