Head of the Mound

The Head of the Kurgan ( mayor of Kurgan ) is the highest official in the Kurgan , Russia , and is also the chairman of the Kurgan City Duma. On April 8, 2019, at an extraordinary meeting of the Kurgan City Duma, Andrei Yuryevich Potapov was elected to the post.
