Used as an ornamental garden plant.
It should not be confused with other roses with the varietal epithet “Elfe”: floribunda 'Elfe' Mathias Tantau , 1945 [4] and 'Elfe' Hans Jurgen Evers , 1988 [5] , as well as tea-hybrid 'Elfe ®' Hans Jurgen Evers, 1985 [6] . Large varieties of rose producers no longer breed these varieties, but some of them are still present in the collections and can be used to create new varieties.

Biological Description
Shoots up to 3 m long.
Leaves are dark green, glossy.
Terry flowers , old-fashioned, creamy white, yellowish-white, in the shade can be greenish-cream, have a fruity aroma of medium intensity. The diameter is about 12 cm [7] .
There are more than 40 petals [1] .
In Culture
Flowering is continuous.
Frost hardiness zones (USDA-zones): from 6b to 9b [1] .
Resistance to powdery mildew and black spotting is high [2] . The flowers are somewhat sensitive to rain. It is recommended to grow in places well warmed by the sun [7] .
