Description

The street is located in the Balashikha-3 microdistrict, in its eastern part, built up with residential buildings with elements of social infrastructure. It is the border of buildings with forests of the Lake Forest Park .

It departs with a gradual rise to the north from the final section of Chekhov Street , along which there is a movement of public transport. There is also a large headland for buses and taxis with the building of a control center. The end of Lenin Avenue goes to the same square from the south-west. To the south from the square there is an unnamed driveway, formerly facing the Enthusiasts highway ( Gorky highway ), but currently blocked.

The western (odd) side of Vostochnaya Street is complexly built up with two-story buildings of the late 1940s, made in the same style, which creates a unique architectural ensemble with other two-story residential buildings located on Pushkinskaya Street parallel to it.

The eastern side of the street is the edge of the coniferous forest of the Ozerny Forest Park. Along its edge, parallel to Vostochnaya Street, in 1985 Victory Alley was constructed with walking paths, benches and lampposts . It has a commemorative sign in the form of a cube with the inscription:

Victory Alley

Constructed to commemorate
40th anniversary of Victory
in the Great Patriotic War

1941-1945

East Street ends at the intersection with Moskovsky passage . At the crossroads, the fenced area of the Cryogenmash stadium begins. The driveway blocked here with a barrier goes to the recreation area near the lakes Baboshkino and Aniskino, and the forest path in the eastern direction goes to Lake Yushino. These are the favorite summer vacation and bathing places for residents of the Balashikha-2 and Balashikha-3 microdistricts.

The numbering of houses is from Chekhov Street.
