TOZ-194 is a Russian pump-action shotgun developed in the mid-1990s based on the design of the TOZ-94 shotgun. It is made at the Tula arms factory.

Content
Design
The barrel of the gun is detachable, connected to the box lid and the magazine by means of a shank and barrel clutch. The bore is chrome plated. The slide is sliding, locking the cartridge in the chamber of the barrel is carried out by the bolt by means of a stop, which enters the window of the barrel shank. The trigger mechanism is mounted on a separate base.
Shop tubular, underbarrel.
For firing, 12/70 mm cartridges with a non-metallic sleeve are used.

The gun is available in several versions:
- TOZ-194 - basic model, barrel length - 540 mm, forend and pistol grip are made of black plastic, there is no stock.
- TOZ-194-01 - characterized by the presence of interchangeable muzzle nozzles, an additional stock and a variable capacity magazine.

- TOZ-194-02M - characterized by the presence of a folding metal butt.
- TOZ-194-03M
