Biography
Selbach was the youngest son of King Dal Riad Ferkhar II of the Kenel Loarn clan . In 698, he rebelled and overthrew his brother Einbkellah , thus becoming the ruler of the lands of Kenel Loarn. In 700, after the death of King Fianamail, Selbach managed to become the sovereign ruler of Dal Riada.
