Koinas is a village in the Leshukonsky district of the Arkhangelsk region . It is the administrative center and the largest settlement of the Koynassky rural settlement (municipality "Koynassky"). [2]

Geographical position
The village is located on the left bank of the Mezen River , near the mouth of the tributary of the same name, the Coinas River. The nearest settlement of the Koynassky rural settlement, the village of Ust-Kyma , is located at a distance of 11 km in the north-west direction. The distance to the administrative center of Leshukonsky district, the village of Leshukonskoye is 120 km. [3]
