Osmanov Tyuryabek was born in 1893 on May 3 in Kzyl-Kum, Kzyl-Orda district , Syrdarya region . His parents were peasants - herdsmen , middle-income, large families. After that, he continued his education at the Tashkent Teachers' Seminary, having completed the full course in 1914 , received the right of an elementary school teacher , and until 1916 worked as a national teacher in the Tashkent district , simultaneously combining the post of accountant of savings and loan associations .

Years of activity

In October 1926 he received a new appointment to the post of Chairman of the Board of the Kazakh Regional Agricultural Union, at the same time continuing to work as the Manager of the Prombank. [2]

April 16, 1927 was admitted to the ranks of the Communist Party.

Frequent transitions from one position to another, as well as part-time work in his work activity are explained by the simple reason for that time: firstly, the movement of cooperation in the conditions of Kazakhstan was a new phenomenon, secondly, during these years, the years of restructuring of Kazakhstan’s economy were not enough personnel - specialists of the indigenous population, especially those who know the Kazakh, Russian and Arabic languages ​​and economically literate .

Deputy Governor of the Kazakh Office of the State Bank

In 1927, the Board of the USSR State Bank (dated August 5, 1927 for No. 1001) Osmanov Tyuryabek was appointed Comrade-in-Charge of the Kazakh Regional Office of the State Bank, instead of the retired Comrade-Managing Commander Torekhozhina. Family

Prosecution

The main charges against him are: membership in the anti-Soviet , sabotage, and terrorist organizations of the right in the State Bank system in Kazakhstan, as well as active membership in the anti-Soviet Kazakh nationalist organization, which has as its main task the overthrow of Soviet power , the secession of Kazakhstan from the Soviet Union, and the establishment of a bourgeois-democratic States under the protectorate of Japan . Arrest and doom

On the basis of these false accusations, the on-site session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Union of the USSR issued a verdict: Osmanova Tyuryabek was found guilty under art. 58, pp 7, 8,9, 10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR and sentence him to the death penalty - execution. Repressions against the family
