The 169th meridian of west longitude is the line of longitude , which is 169 degrees west of the Greenwich meridian , passing from the North Pole through the Arctic Ocean , Pacific Ocean , Oceania , South Ocean to the South Pole and forming an orthodromy with the 11th meridian of east longitude .
