Talitsa is a river in Russia , flowing in the Vichug district of the Ivanovo region . The mouth of the river is 4.1 km on the left bank of the Seymna River. The length of the river is 12 km.

The source of the river is located near the village of Bulatikha, 14 km southeast of the center of Vichuga . The river flows southwest. On the river are the settlements of Kashino, Ovinovo, Koteltsy, Tropinskoye, Volynevo. It falls into Seymnu below the village of Tropinskoe.
