Ratings and Opinions
There are people whose image is gradually erased from memory. But such as Ivan Dmitrievich, it is impossible to forget. In the 6th Air Army, literally everyone knew him. Cases reminiscent of legends told of him. Ivan possessed extraordinary power. But not only and not so much that he gained fame. He was primarily a brave, well-trained pilot and an excellent commander. In part, he was lovingly called "Ivan Zavrazhnov - three times brave." And in rhyme, and in all respects true. In addition to military orders, on his chest were three medals “For Courage”. They were especially proud of Dmitri Dmitrievich.
