Hapoel is an Israeli football club from the city of Kfar Saba , playing in the HaAl League , Israel’s strongest division. The club was founded in 1928, holds home games at the Levita Stadium, which seats 5,800. The club spent 36 seasons in the Israeli Premier League , the first of which was the season 1953/54, and the last 2007/08. In the 1981/82 season, the club achieved a major achievement in its history, becoming the champion of Israel, in addition to the account of “Hapoel” three victories in the Israel Cup .
