Khokhlov Sergey Alekseevich (born September 21, 1954 , the village of Kyzyl-Ozek , Gorno-Altai AO [1] ) is a Russian manager and politician, chairman of the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory (2010-2013) [2] regional deputy (2005-2014).

Biography
Born on September 21, 1954 in the village of Kyzyl-Ozek, Maiminsky district [1] . Since 1971, he worked as an apprentice fitter of the Gorno-Altai plant Elektropribor.
In 1977 he graduated from the Tomsk Institute of Automated Control Systems and Radio Electronics , and subsequently improved his qualifications at the Leningrad Financial and Economic Institute.
He worked as an engineer, and then as the head of the workshop of the Amur enterprise "ERA".
Since 1987 - Deputy Chairman of the Central District Executive Committee of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur . Since 1990 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Central District Council of People's Deputies of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. In 1991-1996. - First Deputy Head of the Administration of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
Since May 1996 - Arbitration Manager of Amurstal OJSC. In 1997-2004 - General Director of Amurmetall OJSC. Until 2010 - General Director of the management organization LLC Siberian-Amur Metal (Komsomolsk-on-Amur).
In 2005-2010. - Deputy of the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory of the fourth convocation. Member of the standing committees on the budget and taxes, on the socio-economic development of the region, on issues of state structure and local self-government, on legality and social protection of the population.
Since 2010 - Member of the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory of the fifth convocation. April 6, 2010 was elected chairman of the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory.
