Located in the Bystrinsky district of the Kamchatka Territory .
This volcano belongs to the Ichensky volcanic region of the Middle Volcanic Belt. It is located on the upper right bank of the Etopany River.
The shape of the volcano represents a gentle shield. Geographically, the volcanic structure is close to a circle with a diameter of 5 km, an area of 22 km². The volume of erupted material is ~ 3 km³. The absolute height is 1293 m, the relative height is 300 m.
The volcanic structure is poorly eroded, there is no crater.
The activity of the volcano belongs to the Upper Quaternary period.
