Biography
Born April 3, 1869 . The son of General Ivan Alexandrovich Fullon .
At the end of the Page Corps, in 1890 he was released as a cornet in the Horse Grenadier Life Guards Regiment .
Ranks: lieutenant (1894), staff captain (1897), captain (1901), lieutenant colonel of the army cavalry (1901), colonel (1911).
He commanded a squadron of the Horse-Grenadier Regiment. He served as a junior headquarters officer in the 11th Dragoon Regiment of Riga (1908-1911). Since 1911 he served in the 11th Hussar Izyum regiment , with which he participated in the First World War . Since December 1915 he commanded the 5th border Zaamur equestrian regiment. He was awarded the St. George Arms (1917).
He participated in the White Movement as a part of the All-Union Socialist Liberation Union and the Russian Army, Baron Wrangel . In 1920 he was evacuated from the Crimea .
He emigrated to Yugoslavia . He died in Belgrade on December 10, 1942 . He was buried in the New Cemetery.
