Initially, the ATV-3 Edoardo Amaldi was supposed to undock on the night of September 26, 2012 at 02:35 Moscow time. Re-undocking of the ATV-3 from the International Space Station will take place on the night of Friday, September 28 [2] .
The undocking of the ATV-3 European cargo spacecraft from the ISS was postponed “due to problems with the control system located in the Russian service module,” the report posted on the website of the European Space Agency (ESA) [3] .
The European cargo spacecraft ATV-3 undocked from the ISS on the second attempt. This time, the undocking took place normally. It is estimated that in about a day, a European truck will be flooded in the South Pacific [4] .
