Lyubchik, Julia Viktorovna

Julia Viktorovna Lyubchik (born September 2, 1990 ) is a Russian athlete, a world-class master of sports, the Russian record holder in hammer throwing . Silver medalist of the 2013 Deaflympics.

Member of the Deaflympics of the Russian Athletics Team.

2009 Participant in the Deaflympics in Taipei (Taiwan)

  • 2nd place in discus throw at the Russian Athletics Championship among athletes with disabilities according to hearing in Vologda;
  • 1st place in hammer throwing at the Russian Track and Field Athletics Championship among athletes with disabilities according to hearing in Vologda.

2010 year

  • 1st place in hammer throwing at the Championship and Championship of Russia in athletics among athletes with disabilities according to hearing in Cheboksary;
  • 1st place in discus throw at the Russian Championship and Track and Field Championships among athletes with disabilities according to hearing in Cheboksary.

2011 year

  • 3rd place in hammer throw at the European Athletics Championship among hearing-impaired athletes in Kayseri (Turkey);
  • 3rd place in discus throw at the European Athletics Championship among hearing-impaired athletes in Kayseri (Turkey);
  • 1st place in the shot put in the Russian Championship in Athletics among the hearing impaired athletes in Cheboksary;
  • 1st place in discus throw at the Russian Track and Field Championships among hearing-impaired athletes in Cheboksary;
  • 1st place in hammer throwing at the Russian Track and Field Championships among hearing-impaired athletes in Cheboksary.

year 2012:

  • 4th place - World Athletics Championship among deaf and hard of hearing athletes (Toronto, Canada);
  • 1st place - Russian Athletics Championship, hammer throwing (Cheboksary).

year 2013:

  • 1st place - Russian Athletics Championship, hammer throwing (Cheboksary);
  • 1st place - Russian Championship in Athletics, discus throw (Cheboksary);
  • 3rd place - the Russian Championship in athletics, shot put (Cheboksary);
  • 2nd place - Summer Deaflympics, hammer throwing (Sofia, Bulgaria).

Coach

Trained under the guidance of Honored Coach of Russia Yuri Kurdyumov.

Education and work

Second-year student of the Surgut State University faculty "Adaptive Physical Culture and Sports". He works in the budgetary institution of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug of Ugra "Center for Disabled Sports" as an athlete-instructor.
