0verflow ( オ ー バ ー フ ロ ー obafuro ) , also known as Overflow, is a Japanese division of Stack Ltd that specializes in creating erotic games of the interactive fiction variety. The company is known mainly due to the popular School Days series of games, subsequently adapted to various multimedia publications. The headquarters is located in the Sugishō Building ( Japanese 杉 商 ビ ル sugisho biru ) in Tokyo . [1] On February 10, 2012, 0verflow officially confirmed that Shiny Days (a remake of Summer Days) would be their last game. [2] The company also assured customers that they were not on the verge of bankruptcy and would continue to maintain their line of video games even after the release of Shiny Days. [2] [3]

In 2007, the School Days video game was adapted into an anime consisting of 12 episodes, and also in 2008 into 2 spin-offs. [2] School Days and Cross Days have been adapted into manga .
