History
The Kuzhbal rural settlement was established on December 30, 2004 in accordance with the Law of the Kostroma Region No. 237-ZKO [2] , the status and boundaries of the municipality are established.
On December 8, 2010, in accordance with the Law of the Kostroma Region No. 14-5-ZKO [3] , the abolished Fufaevsky rural settlement was included in the structure of the Kuzhbal rural settlement .
