History
Date of establishment not established. In 1926, the Vostok artel was formed on the basis of the settlements of Dalcha and Antonovo . In 1930, from small fishing cooperatives were merged into the collective farm "Path to Communism" Dolban ulus Kalmyk Autonomous Region. The collective farm belonged to the Dalchinsky village council of workers, peasants, Red Army and fishing deputies, which included: the village of Dalchi, the village of Dalcha , the farm Mishka, Chimbya , Semenovsk, Koskin, Naran-Gazyr [2] .
On December 28, 1943, the Kalmyk population was deported . After the liquidation of the Kalmyk ASSR, the village of Dalchi, like other settlements of the Doban ulus, was included in the Astrakhan region . In May 1944, the village of Dalchi was renamed the village of Budarino , the Dalchinsky Village Council in Budarinsky. In 1954, the Budarinsky village council was merged with Promyslovsky, re-formed in 1972 [2] .
In 1951, a watermelon brigade was organized on the Way to Communism collective farm [3] . Kalmyks began to return in 1956 after the lifting of restrictions on movement [4] , but the village was not returned to Kalmyk Autonomous Okrug.
In 1959, the collective farm changed its specialization - became agricultural. The collective farm “The Way to Communism” was engaged in the cultivation and harvesting of fodder crops. In 2001, the Budarinsky SEC was created on the basis of the collective farm; in 2004, the SEC was disbanded [3]
Physico-geographical characteristics
The village is located in the south-east of the Liman region , within the Caspian lowland , which is part of the East European Plain , between two small villages [5] , at an altitude of 27 meters below sea level [6] . The territory under consideration is characterized by the ilmen-tuberous landscape , represented by the tracts of Baer hillocks and inter-hill depressions occupied by Eriks and Ilmen. Part of the terrain is swampy [7] . The soil cover is complex: brown semi-desert soils are widespread on the Baer hillocks, and in the inter-hill depressions are ilmen-bog and ilmen-meadow soils [8] .
The distance to the capital of the Astrakhan region of the city of Astrakhan is 120 km, to the district center of the village of Liman - 23 km [9] .

The climate is sharply continental, extremely arid (according to the Köppen-Geiger classification of climates it is semi - arid (BSk index)). The average annual air temperature is + 10.4 ° C, the average temperature of the coldest month of January is 4.5 ° C, the hottest month of July + 25.1 ° C. The estimated long-term rainfall rate is 231 mm, the least amount of precipitation falls in February (12 mm), the largest in June (27 mm) [6] .

The village is multinational. Here live Russians , Kazakhs , Kalmyks , Tatars , Dargins , Chechens , Ukrainians , Belarusians [13] . According to the 2002 census, the majority of the population of the village were Russians (70%) [14]

Attractions
Stupa of Enlightenment. Opened in September 2012 on the site of the Kharahusovsky khurul , destroyed during the years of militant atheism [16]
