The flag was approved on October 5, 2011 by the decision of the Council of the Novoplatnirovsky rural settlement No. 26 [1] and on November 2, 2011 it was added to the State Heraldry Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 7080 [2] .
The flag of the Novoplatnirovsky rural settlement reflects historical, cultural, socio-economic, national and other local traditions.
Description
“A rectangular raspberry-colored double-sided cloth with a width to length ratio of 2: 3, in the middle of the cloth is a yellow sunflower flower with black seeds over a yellow bucket with two handles, full of blue, all the figures are from the coat of arms of the Novoplatnirovsky rural settlement.”
Justification of Symbols
The exact date of the formation of the village of Novoplatnirovskaya is unknown, but it is believed that the first inhabitants appeared here in 1881 - they came from the low-land village of Platnirovskaya of the Korenovsky district - which is reflected in purple on the flag of the Novoplatnirovsky rural settlement, since the color of the flag of the Korenovsky district is purple.
Initially, the new farm was called Chelbassky - along the Chelbas River , on the banks of which it is located. According to one version, the name Chelbas means “a jug, a bucket of water” (that is, a “shallow river”), which is reflected on the flag with a picture of a bucket full of azure (blue is a symbol of the Chelbas river).
Sunflower is an allegorical symbol of the main activity of local residents - the production and processing of agricultural products. The farms of the Novoplatnirovskoe rural settlement are mainly engaged in the cultivation of sunflower (for oil), as well as grain, beets, and feed.
Raspberry color ( purple ) is a symbol of the Zaporizhzhya Cossacks , which participated in the development of the Kuban lands, as well as a symbol of power, glory, honor, nobility of origin, antiquity.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of wealth, stability, respect and intelligence.
Black color is a symbol of fertility, wisdom, modesty.
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of honor, nobility and spirituality.
