Development Economics ( Ukrainian: Economy Development ) is an international peer-reviewed scientific economic journal published by the Kharkov National University of Economics since March 2002 . It comes out quarterly. The chief editor is Doctor of Economics, Professor Vladimir Ponomarenko . Since 2002, the magazine is included in the list of publications of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine .
