Career

In clubs

The first club of Sabadini was Sampdoria . He spent the season 1966/67 in series B , the remaining 5 in series A. In total for the Genoese in the championship, Giuseppe played 90 matches, scoring 4 goals. In 1971, he moved to Milan and in the first two seasons became the two-time winner of the Italian Cup and the winner of the Cup Winners' Cup . For 7 years, Sabadini was the main player of the club and in total in series A played 161 matches and scored 12 goals. In Catanzaro , he played no less well, having also played more than 100 matches. In the last two clubs - " Catania " and " Ascoli " Giuseppe appeared on the field much less often, and eventually ended his career in 1986 at the age of 37 years.

In the national team

In the national team of Italy, Sabadini made his debut on March 31, 1973 in a qualifying match for the world championship against the team of Luxembourg [1] . He was in the application for the World Cup, but never entered the field.
