The station is two-level, underground. The upper and lower levels are identical - one island platform and two paths. The upper level ( Ai-di ) serves the only route E , which stops at the station around the clock; the lower level ( B-em ) is two routes J (around the clock) and Z (only during peak hours in the peak direction). Due to the fact that the B-em trains are shorter than the A-n-di (and the platforms of both levels fit the A-n-di), a small section of the lower platform is separated by a wall to avoid accidents.
The station has two exits. The first exit is from the north end of the platforms, represented by a turnstile hall on the mezzanine above the upper platform and escalators. There is also an elevator for disabled passengers. This exit leads to the intersection of Parsons Boulevard and Archer Avenue . The second exit is in the center of the platforms. It, like the first one, consists of a mezzanine and escalators. This exit leads to Archer Avenue and is used less than the first, as there are no bus stops nearby. There is also one staircase to the intersection of Archer Avenue and 153rd Street .
Paths from the north end follow further, and then end in dead ends. There is a cross exit in front of the dead ends, which is used to turn trains around. Such a system is characteristic of both levels. These "extensions for the station" represent the future route to the station 190th Street - Hollis Avenue (lower level). Extension of the upper level is possible "along the street" in East Queens, however, no subway construction is planned here.
