Until 2015, it was part of the rural settlement of Lagovsky Podolsky district ; until the mid-2000s - in the Lagovsky rural district. Since November 1, 2002, according to the Resolution of the Governor of MO dated 04.04.2002 No. 76-PG, the village included the village branch of the Berezhki state farm [2] .

Population

According to the All-Russian Census , in 2002, 103 people lived in the village (49 men and 54 women) [3] . According to 2005 data, 119 people lived in the village [4] .

Location

The village of Berezhki is located on the Simferopol highway about 7 km south of the center of Podolsk . Near the village is the source of the Konopelka River. On this river in the village there are several ponds. Close to the village of Berezhki is the village of Kaledino .

History

The village received the name Berezhki by its location on both banks of the Konopelka River. In the first half of the XVII century, the village was in the possession of the boyar Vasily Petrovich Morozov, there were 4 peasant yards. In 1687, the village belonged to Prince Vasily Vasilievich Golitsyn on the rights of the patrimony and later on to his heirs. In the second half of the 18th century, the estate was owned by the provincial secretary P.N. Kalinin, and in the middle of the XIX century the provincial secretary A.M. Polivanov and his heirs. In 1911 - N.S. Andre. A regular park with a pond has survived. Manor buildings lost [5] .

In 1704, a wooden church was built in Berezhki Praise of the Virgin [6] and the village began to grow. In 1850, in the village of Berezhki there were 15 peasant households and 220 inhabitants. According to 1865, there were 25 yards in Berezhki with 226 inhabitants.

In Soviet times, the church was demolished. In 1999, a cross was installed in its place [6] . Near the village are 6 enterprises. The village is electrified and gasified. In the village, bus number 44 stops, which goes to Podolsk and Klimovsk .
