Midtown Tower ( я та ド タ タ ウ ン タ ー ー Middo Town Tawa :) is a multifunctional skyscraper located in the Akasaka quarter of the Tokyo special district of Minato . Construction of a skyscraper was completed in 2007, at the moment it is the highest building in Tokyo and rises to 248.1 meters. This building has numerous company offices and a large Ritz-Carlton hotel in Tokyo.

Content
Construction
Located in the center of Tokyo, the tower is the highest of the six buildings located on the territory of its complex. [1] The official grand opening took place on March 31, 2007 , despite the fact that the offices have been open since February. [1] The building was designed by the Chicago-based architecture firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill with the help of Nikken Sekkei Ltd. and built by Takenaka and Taisei . [2]
Midtown Tower Commercial Activities
As a multifunctional object, the 54-story tower is used in different ways. Several conference rooms fully occupy the 4th floor. The 5th floor is the Tokyo Midtown Hub office, and there are also galleries and exhibition areas. Tokyo Midtown Medical Center is located on the 6th floor. This is a medical institution based on collaboration with Johns Hopkins University . [3] Unlike similar skyscrapers, the Midtown Tower on the fifty-fourth floor does not have a viewing platform for visitors.
