Biography

Thomas Indermyule was born into a musical family. He studied with Heinz Holliger at the Freiburg High School of Music and with Maurice Burg in Paris . After graduating, Indermühle became a soloist with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra . In 1974, he won the international competition in Prague, in 1976 - the international competition ARD in Munich.

Thomas Indermyle performed solo concerts in almost all European countries, as well as in the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and Korea. He founded the ensemble named after Couperin, specializing in the performance of baroque music . His audio recordings are published under the labels Philips , EMI , Novalis and others.

Since 1984, Thomas Indermühle taught oboe at the , and from 1989 - at the Karlsruhe High School of Music .
