It is located on the left bank of the Pechora opposite the city of Pechora , 6 km east of the village of Kozhva and 495 km northeast of Syktyvkar .
On the outskirts of the village passes the Syktyvkar - Pechora highway with a ferry across the river, the road to the villages of Krasny Yag and Kedrovy Shor goes east. 7-8 km to the west of the village are railways. Kozhva-1 and 1808 km stations on the Kotlas - Vorkuta line .
