Description
“A rectangular double-sided panel of blue color with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, with a narrow strip along the upper edge consisting of 10 vertical alternating white and green parts. In the center of the panel is a white arrow falling down from the shaft, with respect to which there is a yellow eight-pointed star above the same crescent with the image of a face, and at the bottom left there are three white cores folded in a slide (all figures from the coat of arms of the Novozhivotinnovsky rural settlement). ”
Justification of Symbols
The flag of the Novozhivotinnovsky rural settlement includes figures from the coat of arms of the famous noble family of the Venevitinovs . Representatives of the genus in the XVII century moved from the Tula province to the Voronezh province , where they owned estates located on the territory of the modern Novozhivotinnovsky rural settlement. The most famous of the Venevitinovs was Dmitry Vladimirovich , a Russian poet, translator, prose writer and philosopher (at the funeral of D.V. Venevitinov were A.S. Pushkin and A. Mitskevich ). The flag of a rural settlement, created on the basis of the coat of arms of a family known throughout Russia, is a symbol of the connection between the past and the present, a symbol of memory of their ancestors.
A strip of five white-green pairs symbolizes 5 settlements that make up a single settlement (villages Novozhivotinnoe , Hvoshchevatka, villages Medovka, Mokhovatka, Repnoe). At the same time, white is an allegory of settlement territories, green is an allegory of agricultural and natural lands. Alternating white and green parts also remind of the coat of arms of the city of Venev , with which the name of the Venevitinovs is associated.
The blue field symbolizes the location of the lands of the settlement on the Don River .
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, openness, wisdom, reconciliation.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of the highest value, greatness, wealth, and harvest.
Green color symbolizes spring, health, nature, youth and hope.
