Biography
In 1990, he graduated from high school and in the same year entered the Moldovan State University at the Faculty of Journalism. In November, he transferred to the Novo-Nyametsky Theological Seminary .
March 6, 1991 enrolled in the brotherhood of the Holy Ascension Novo-Nyametsky Kitskansky monastery .
In 1992 - 1995, he obeyed the head of the office of the Bendery Diocesan Administration.
April 8, 1993 in the Holy Assumption Church of the New Nyametsky Kitskansky monastery tonsured as a monk .
On May 2, 1994, Bishop of Bender Vincent (Morar) was ordained hierodeacon .
In 1994 he graduated from the Chisinau Theological Seminary with a bachelor of theology. In 1994-1999 he taught liturgy, liturgy, and Orthodox asceticism at the Chisinau seminary.
January 16, 1995 awarded a double orar .
Since December 28, 1995 - Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of the Chisinau Seminary. Since March 12, 1997, in combination, he carried the obedience of the seminary inspector.
On November 28, 1996, in the Holy Ascension Cathedral of the New Nyametsky Kitskansky Monastery, Metropolitan of Chisinau and All Moldova, Vladimir (Kantaryan) was ordained a hieromonk with the right to wear a leg gait .

In 2002, he was transferred to the Chisinau diocese and was appointed rector of the Holy Trinity Frumoassky Monastery .
In 2002-2007 , he obeyed the secretary of the synodal department for monasteries of the Orthodox Church of Moldova and the vice-rector of the school of psalmists at the Holy Assumption Gerbovets Monastery.
In 2004 he graduated in absentia from the Kiev Theological Academy .
On November 23, 2004, he was awarded the right to wear the Mother Superior.
In 2005 he organized the annual summer children's camp at the Frumoa Monastery for children from poor families and orphans.
On December 27, 2005, he was relieved of his post as rector of the Holy Trinity Monastery in the village of Frumoasa.
In 2007, he graduated from the Faculty of History and International Relations of the International Independent University of Moldova (MNUM) with a master's degree in historical sciences.
In 2008 he was appointed director of the icon painting class of the Chisinau Theological Seminary.
On March 24, 2011, he was appointed Bishop of Ungheni and Nisporenskom Peter (Mustutaet) as rector (hegumen) of the Holy Ascension Girzhavsky Monastery of the Ungensk Diocese . Concurrently, he obeyed the rector of the Ungheni Theological School, the chairman of the diocesan department for monastery affairs, was a member of the diocesan council and the church court of the Unghenan diocese.
In 2011, he graduated from the doctorate of the International Independent University of Moldova, as well as two-year continuing education courses for the General Church Graduate School and Doctoral Studies (Department of External Church Relations) [2] . In August 2011, he was appointed Secretary of the Synodal Commission for the Canonization of Saints of the Orthodox Church of Moldova.
He took part in the preparation for the publication of a number of liturgical and soulful books. He is the founder of the newspaper “Spark of Faith” and the Orthodox youth Russian-Moldavian Internet portal www.logos.md . He participated in religious journalistic programs and television and radio projects in Moldova. Since 2008, he conducted a series of spiritual discussions with students of the International Independent University of Moldova.
By the decision of the Holy Synod of December 27, 2011 he was elected bishop of Neftekamsk and Belebeevsky [3] .
February 24, 2012 in the Epiphany Cathedral was named bishop of Neftekamsky and Belebeyevsky [4] .

From June 11 to June 25, 2012, postgraduate courses for newly appointed bishops took place at the Church Graduate School and Doctoral School [6] [7] .
On October 4, 2012, by the decision of the Holy Synod, in connection with the filed petition, the title was changed to Neftekamsky and Birsky [8] .
On May 30, 2019, by the decision of the Holy Synod, he was appointed vicar of the Patriarchal Exarch of Western Europe with the title “ Bogorodsky ” with the assignment of feeding the Moldovan diaspora in Italy [9] .
