Career
Alexander Islamov began his professional career in 2004 as part of the Orsk club of the Higher League “ South Ural ”, playing before his farm club. In his debut season, Alexander spent 3 matches on the site, without gaining a single point. However, already in the next season he managed to gain a foothold in the “South Urals”, noting 2 (1 + 1) points scored in 34 matches held.
Before the start of the 2006/07 season, Islamov left his native club and signed a contract with Leninogorsk Neftyanik , in which he managed to score 26 (14 + 12) points in 37 matches. Thanks to his successful game, in the next offseason, Alexander received an offer from Nizhnekamsk Neftekhimik , in which he made his debut in the elite Russian division. In the 2009/10 season, Islamov received a serious injury - a rupture of the cruciate ligaments of the knee [1] , because of which he dropped out for a long time, and at the end of the season he was sent to Almetyevsk Neftyanik to get in shape.
Nevertheless, before the start of the new season, the management of the Nizhnekamsk club decided to extend the agreement with the player for another two years [2] , after which Alexander managed to write down 12 (6 + 6) scoring points in 43 matches.
