Mesosa nebulosa (lat.) - a species of barbel beetles from the subfamily Lamiin . Distributed in Europe , North Africa [3] ( Tunisia , Morocco ), Iran and Azerbaijan [2] . The body length of adult insects is 9–16 mm [2] . Various broad-leaved trees are the fodder plants of the larvae : common hornbeam , sowing chestnut , common hazel , European beech , figs , walnut [2] , linden , oak [3] .
