Labor reserves (sports society)

VDSO “Labor Provisions” is an all-Union voluntary sports society (DSO) for involving students of primary and secondary vocational education in sports (for students there was DSO “ Burevestnik ”).

Content

History

The company was founded on July 21, 1943 in accordance with the decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR No. 12019-p dated June 19, 1943.

Since 1946, the society held the All-Union Games .

On November 2, 1959, by order of the Council of Ministers of the USSR No. 33108-p, the Central Council of the All- Union Society of Labor and Employment Association “Labor Reserves” was entrusted with: financing from the state budget.

Since 1975, the society held the All-Union sports games of students of vocational education.

On December 19, 1982, by order of the USSR State Committee for Vocational Education , a physical education exam was introduced in all graduate courses of vocational schools .

On July 21, 1988, the order of the USSR State Committee on Public Education No. 222 entrusted the Central Council of the All-Union Association of Higher Education with Labor Reserves with the management and control over the organization of compulsory training sessions in physical education and mass sports in vocational schools.

On April 12, 1991, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered the Youth Organization of Russia on the basis of the Russian Republican Council VDSO Labor Reserves ( Youth 2002), since 2002, the Public State Sport Association (Youth of Russia).

On June 10, 1992, the liquidation congress of the All-Union Association for Labor and Employment “Labor Reserves” decided to terminate the activity of the sports society “Labor Reserves”.

On October 1, 1992, the activity of the labor reserve was terminated.

March 13, 2018 in order to fulfill the instructions of the President on the promotion of physical culture and sports among the population throughout the country following a meeting of the Council of the President of the Russian Federation on the development of physical culture and sports of October 11, 2016 with the support of the non-profit organization Support and Development Fund physical culture and sport ", the State Corporation " Rostec " , the Russian Ministry of industry and the Ministry of sports of the Russian Federation was held in Moscow All-Russian Constituent conference of sports and sports of society "Labor Reserves" (VFSO "Labor Reserves"). The conference approved the Charter, the composition of the constituent council, as well as the concept of social development. Ilya Viktorovich Galaev, First Vice-President of the Sport Foundation, became the President of the All-Russian Union of Labor and Sports Association “Labor Reserves”.

Since June 5, 2018 VFSO is registered as the All-Russian public organization "All-Russian physical culture and sports society" Labor Reserves ".

The newly created society is designed to resume the development of mass amateur sports in the enterprises of industry and the military-industrial complex of Russia, taking into account modern sports standards.
