Tiny token empires

Tiny Token Empires is a turn-based strategy computer game. It takes place 200 years before the birth of Christ. The five greatest empires of the world (Greeks, Romans, Persians, Egyptians and Carthaginians) converged in battle. Each has its own leader of civilization, resurrected the day after death (among the Romans, for example, this is Marcellus Brutus). You can also hire four additional heroes.

Gameplay

There is money in the game. They are spent on hiring and maintaining troops and heroes. In addition, they are needed for the foundation and development of cities, for the construction of buildings.

Troops and heroes are moving around the regions. In one region there can be up to five warriors, among them no more than one hero. Each region has its own specific income. In some areas you can build cities, in some you can’t. Neutral territories in which the foundation of the city is possible are usually protected by barbarians. The barbarians are weak, but their parameters are not known to anyone. Sometimes in certain regions there are mythical monsters. They are hard to defeat, one monster is worth the army. In Puglia, which lies southeast of Rome, the fierce Minotaur wanders, joyfully devouring people; Phoenix lives on Crete, not loving strangers. But in other areas (for example, in Sarmatia ) you can meet rare artifacts that provide useful bonuses.

Each move is one day. A unit completes its turn if its speed parameter has ended for today. Five parameters are distinguished:

  • Unit Type Shows the type of weapon. If the unit is a warrior, then it is necessary to collect swords for its combat readiness, if the shooter is arrows, if the hero is commander's helmets, etc. There are also mythological units, army healers, cavalry and navy.
  • Health. Shows how much damage is needed to destroy a unit. Healers can restore health to themselves and other soldiers and heroes.
  • Attack. Shows how much damage the unit does at one time. Some units (for example, heroes and heavy cavalry) can attack two or more enemies at a time.
  • Speed. Shows how many regions a unit can go in a day. Combat takes extra speed points.
  • Maintenance costs. Losses for the presence of a unit in the army. This includes food, drink, bedding, weapons, etc. Costs of maintenance are 10% of the cost of hiring.

Cities

Each city generates income daily. To found a city, a hero must be in the region. Also need 400 gold. There are 4 types of cities: 1. Village - the original name of the city. Nothing can be built in the villages, but they bring 10% protection. They can be improved for 800 gold to a small policy. 2. Small policy - you can build walls in it, but you can’t build a building. 3. City - for 2500 gold you can improve a small policy. It is possible to erect all types of buildings. Revenues are much higher. Over 5000 gold turns into the capital. 4. The capital is the highest level of development of the city. There can be any number of capitals, not just one. If you destroy all the soldiers and, if any, the hero who guard the region with the city, the region and, accordingly, the city will be considered captured. After the capture of any city turns into a village, and the invader will need to develop it again. Having lost the starting region, civilization is being destroyed.

Special Incidents

Sometimes an unusual event occurs in one of the regions: a new recruit enters the army, it is necessary to complete a special mission and get 2,000 gold, the army in the region will not be able to move today, the province was attacked by barbarians or rebels, supporters of the traitor-viceroy. It will be necessary to deal with these incidents, and then it will be possible to benefit from them.

Rewards

There are rewards in the game that are given to the player for certain achievements. For example, a reward for which you need to build (or capture) three cities and turn into capitals.

Game Features

  1. There is no diplomacy in the game, all nations are constantly at war.
  2. Unlike games like Civilization , Tiny Token Empires has a separate mode for battles and a separate mode for moving around the map. Battle mode is a three-in-a-row game with a computer opponent.
