About the album
The Takeover includes 5 tracks previously recorded on Watts' independent release The Takeover EP (2009) and 10 new tracks. Many songs also feature guest instrumentalists and rapper Napoleon The Great.
On November 11, 2011, the instrumental album Voiceless: Vol. 1 , consisting of instrumental versions of songs from The Takeover . [2]
The main idea that sounds throughout the album is a revolution in the minds of people and the rallying of all races. Watts openly criticizes Nazism in his songs.
Singles
All singles from the album were released in the fall of 2010 via Pulse Records. The first single was the song “Our World” (translated from English - “Our World”), released on iTunes on October 5, 2010. [3] It was followed by Enough ( Enough , October 17, 2010) and Right Now (Eng. Right now , November 11, 2010). [4] [5] All singles were released only in digital format.
Also on March 6, 2009, the single released a remix of the song “A Cut Above”, which is present on the album. However, it can not be considered an album single, since it does not belong to Pulse Records, being an independent release. [6]
