Biography
Born July 1 ( July 14 ), 1913 in the village of Savyal-Sirma (now the Krasnoarmeysky district (Chuvashia) ). In 1932 he graduated from the Chuvash Music and Theater College, in 1942 - from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Theater (class of V. G. Sokolov ). Member of the USSR IC since 1941 . In 1942-1956, the artistic director of the Chuvash State Archive of Telecommunications , in 1957-1959 he was the artistic director and director of the BSF , and in 1959-1992 he was a teacher at the F. P. Pavlov ChMU . In 1948-1977, the chairman of the board of the SC CHASSR, chairman of the Choral (Musical) Society of CHASSR.
He died on February 3, 1994 in Cheboksary .

- In 2011, one of the streets in the northwestern Cheboksary district was named after F. M. Lukin [3] .
- In 2013, by the centenary of the composer, an artistic labeled envelope was issued [4] ; in Chadukasi of the Krasnoarmeysky district of Chuvashia (where the museum of the composer is located) a special special cancellation was organized [5] .
