Zu Cafe - a network of Pan-Asian cafés [1] in Moscow , is classified as inexpensive [2] . The owner of the project is Ilya Lichtenfeld. Zu Cafe is a part of the Albert Alexandryan Restaurant Trust Holding , which specializes in creating small restaurants with an individual approach.

The first cafe was opened on October 10, 2010 [3] on Novy Arbat ; also fast food in the shopping center " European " [ when? ] [4] . In August 2011 , the creators of Zu Cafe opened another point - the Pizza Express restaurant [5] . In March 2014 , the Zu cafe network was replenished with another establishment in Terminal D of Sheremetyevo Airport [6] ; On the one hand, a new cafe is characterized by relatively low prices for an international airport, and on the other, a poorer menu [6] .
The concept of creating a cafe was Asian cuisine without fast food (the concept of the Zü cafe was described at the seminar “New fast food formats for Russia” [7] ). The opening of the Zu Cafe restaurant critic Daria Tsivina called the beginning of the Asian expansion in the Moscow restaurant services market [8] [9] .
Area / cafe on Novy Arbat? / - 105 m², designed for 34 seats. The covered summer terrace of the cafe is made in the form of a Chinese wooden pagoda [10] . In the cafe there are cooks from Asia, the chef - Lim Boon Thai (Locke); Cafe cooks were selected by the founders and brought from Asia [11] [12] .
The project is closed in the 20xx year.

From August 1 to August 31, 2011, a Vietnamese cuisine festival was held at the cafe [13] .
In August 2011, a cafe held a festival of cuisines from Asian regions [14] .
In the summer of 2011, the Zu Cafe participated in the World Food Festival, organized by the Vokrug Sveta magazine [15] .
